Have you heard of the ‘morning pages’’?

“Morning Pages” is a concept introduced by Julia Cameron in her book The Artist’s Way.

They are three pages of longhand, stream-of-consciousness writing done first thing in the morning.

The idea is to write without self-censorship, judgment, or concern for grammar and punctuation.

This creative exercise is meant to be a form of meditation, a way to tap into your subconscious and declutter your mind.

I have been doing morning pages for over a month now, and the benefits have been outstanding.

Here are a few highlights:
